Design and code are not separate departments here, they are the same job. We stay current, from design direction to AI-native ways of working, and our fee depends on what the work actually produces. That's why we only take on projects we believe in.

Nothing upfront. Together we agree on a measure and a baseline: sales, leads or hours saved. Our fee is a share only of the growth our work creates, not of your existing revenue. Terms are agreed before we start, and we don't publish percentages online.

Then we don't get paid. The risk sits with us, which is why we assess every project carefully before committing. We don't start work we don't believe in.

A website typically goes live in 2–6 weeks. Software projects usually take 2–4 months to a first production version. You see working versions the whole way, so there's no big reveal at the end.

We don't disappear. Because we earn from the results, we have the same reason as you to keep the service healthy and moving forward. The code is still yours, and it's documented.

Usually, yes. We start by reading through the current code and give you an honest verdict: worth continuing, worth fixing, or cheaper to rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need us.
